Project Overview
For the last project in my Spring studio, our Industrial Design cohort partnered with The Ohio State University's Dining Services to reimagine the Traditions at Scott "Scott" dining hall. Scott is the largest and most popular  dining location on campus, serving up to 12,000 students a day during peak season. The ID cohort was divided into five groups and each took a different approach to reimagining the Scott experience. Emma Bergman, Sharon Longdong, and I evaluated the experience of navigating Scott and proposed a new method of way finding.

Problem Overview
Scott offers over 150 different food options at a time across multiple different stations. For users who aren't completely familiar with the space, it can feel overwhelming to find the food that they are craving. Nonspecific station names and a lack of displayed information about each station leaves the visual brand language of the space feeling stagnant and confuses visitors.
